Mystery Man on the Roof in Boston Bombing- Conspiracy Theories

The "Mystery Man on the Roof". All the news outlets are reporting on this, and we are working to find out who it is! It's none other than.....well, we are going to find out soon! Details below!

With such a tragedy that occurred yesterday, as usual, yahoo news has reported something that we posted on midday, it only took them till 10pm to repost our information.

On our post yesterday, http://yeahitsnews.blogspot.com/2013/04/leaked-photos-of-boston-marathon.html, we posted a pic of a man walking on the catwalk near the Boston Marathon.

What we do know so far.....

Suspect on the roof, the "Mystery Man"

Here is a picture via "Google Image"

The red circle is approximately where the person is spotted and the blue circle is where the 2nd explosion occurred. Here is what I don't get. Assuming this is a suspect (note: just being on a roof doesn't prove a damn thing), wouldn't you want to watch the explosions go off? Why would they be on the wrong side of the building but still facing the street?
Edit: another explanation for that person could be walking towards the front of the building because they heard the explosions and wanted to see what made the noise.
